This policy explains how BreraHome collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our website or place an order. Our contact details, business address and return address appear at the bottom of this page and are the same on every page of this store.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the store and fulfil your order.
- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and the contents of any message you send us.
- Order information: what you bought, when, and the status of the delivery.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processors. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
- To process, pack, ship and track your order.
- To send order confirmations, dispatch notifications and delivery updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and exchanges.
- To screen orders for fraud and protect against misuse of the store.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To send marketing emails, but only if you have opted in. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
4. Why we are allowed to use it
We process your information because it is necessary to perform the contract you enter when you place an order, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the store, because we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, or because you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store, and only the minimum each of them needs.
- Our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders.
- Payment processors, who handle the transaction.
- Shipping carriers and our order tracking provider, who need the delivery address to deliver and trace your parcel.
- Email and analytics providers, who help us send transactional messages and understand site usage.
- Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure how the site is used. You control which non-essential cookies are set through the consent banner shown on your first visit. Nothing is pre-selected, and you can change your choice at any time. 7. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to retain them for tax and accounting purposes. Support correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for resolving related issues. Marketing contacts are removed when you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.

9. International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside the United States. Where information is transferred abroad, we require appropriate safeguards to be in place so that it remains protected to the same standard.
10. Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site runs over an encrypted TLS connection, and payments are handled by PCI DSS compliant processors. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects your data.
12. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to customers by email where we hold an address for you.
