1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place with BreraHome. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility and store conditions
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is mispriced, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
3. Products and product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and care instructions. Photographs are representative. Colours vary between screens, and natural materials vary between individual pieces, so minor differences between the image and the item you receive are normal and are not grounds for a claim of misdescription.
4. Accuracy of content
We work to keep the content on this site current and correct, but we do not warrant that every description, price or other detail is free of error or completely up to date. We may correct errors and update content at any time without notice.
5. Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
6. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. Payment terms, accepted methods, charge timing and tax handling are set out in our Payment Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery destinations, costs, processing time, transit time, tracking and our handling of delays and lost parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Your return rights, the condition items must be in, who pays return postage, refund timing and how exchanges work are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Third-party tools and links
This site uses third-party services for payments, shipping, tracking, analytics and email. It may also link to third-party websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
10. User contributions
If you send us comments, suggestions or other material, you grant us the right to use, reproduce and act on it without restriction or obligation to you. You are responsible for anything you submit, and you agree it will not be unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or infringing of anyone's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion and are under no obligation to monitor or maintain submissions.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to unlawful acts, to violate any regulation or law, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to collect or track the personal information of others, to spam, phish, scrape or crawl the site, or to interfere with its security features. We may terminate your access for breach of these restrictions.
12. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, product descriptions, layout, graphics and the BreraHome name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything sold through it are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreraHome is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BreraHome and its officers, employees, contractors and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
17. Termination
These terms remain in effect unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. We may terminate at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with any provision, and you remain liable for amounts due up to that date.
18. Governing law
These terms and any separate agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
