From that point you have 14 days to send it back. Pieces need to be unused, unassembled and back in their original carton. Return postage is yours unless the fault was ours — damaged, faulty, or the wrong item in the box.

We inspect your return on arrival and email to confirm. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and there are no restocking or processing fees deducted. Your bank then needs a further 5–10 business days to post it, which is the part nobody controls. If a piece arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we cover the return postage as well.
