Plan on 4–12 business days in total. The first 1–2 business days are ours — checking the piece, packing it properly and handing it over. The remaining 3–10 business days belong to the carrier and vary with distance. Shipping is free on every order to any address in the United States, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for bulky items.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Email us before posting anything and we will send a return authorisation and the return address, usually within 24 business hours. From that point you have 14 days to send it back. Pieces need to be unused, unassembled and back in their original carton. Return postage is yours unless the fault was ours — damaged, faulty, or the wrong item in the box.

We inspect your return on arrival and email to confirm. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and there are no restocking or processing fees deducted. Your bank then needs a further 5–10 business days to post it, which is the part nobody controls. If a piece arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we cover the return postage as well.

Every order ships tracked. Your number arrives by email as soon as the parcel is collected, and you can check it any time on our tracking page. Carriers usually take 1–3 business days to log the first scan, so an empty tracking page right after dispatch is normal. If nothing moves for 7 business days we will chase it, and if it has not arrived 15 business days after purchase we treat it as lost and send a replacement or refund.

We accept Visa , Mastercard , American Express , Discover , PayPal , Apple Pay , Google Pay and Shop Pay . What appears at checkout depends on your device and location — Apple Pay only shows on Apple hardware, for instance — so the checkout screen is the definitive list. Everything runs over an encrypted connection and your card details never reach our servers. Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.

Yes, on request. Get in touch before sending anything back and tell us what you would rather have — a different size, a different finish, or something else entirely. We will confirm what is available and arrange the swap. If the piece you want is out of stock, we process it as a refund instead. The same 30 days window and condition requirements apply.
